Corporate pamper parties are a fabulous way to treat your staff and/or clients to something extra special. By creating happy workers, you will create greater productivity in your workplace. Reward your staff for a job well done, or set some goals to determine who gets treated. What a great incentive!

Create your own unique pamper parties by allowing your staff to choose their own treatments or surprise them with a combination of treatments listed below. We’ll provide the required staff to complete the job and schedule in appointments so you will know in advance exactly what your day will hold!

Corporate Parties - Mini Manicures

Are you looking to spoil your clients or would you like to reward your staff? This may be the perfect option for you! Time out for a reward is a sure way to create a happier environment, thereby increasing productivity!

Includes:

Hand cream & massage, nails filed & buffed, base coat, 2 coats of polish, top coat.

Generally speaking, a mini manicure will take approx. 20 minutes each. Multiple therapists will be used to complete treatments in limited time frames.

Corporate Parties - Mini Pedicures

Relax those tired feet, kick back & spoil your staff with mini pedicures! Combine them with mini manicures and/or mini massages for a great all-round treat!

Includes:

Foot cream & massage, nails filed & buffed, base coat, 2 coats of polish, top coat.

Corporate Parties - Mini Facials

A great way to cleanse the face after sitting in an air-conditioned office or working in the pollutants outside, is to indulge in mini facials!

Cleanse, exfoliation, toner, supplementary products, moisturiser & eye cream.

Products to suit all skin types. Quality products made from natural ingredients available for those with sensitive skin. Refreshing & fabulous!

Corporate Parties - Mini Massages

Massage time length is at the discretion of your company. It’s an awesome way to wind down the days at work and totally relax and indulge! Get a taste with a 10 minute massage, be tantalised with 20 minutes of massage, thoroughly thrive with thirty minutes or make it up as you go along!

Corporate Makeup Lesson

Why not teach your staff how to effectively and professionally apply makeup specific to your work environment? Encourage professionalism in the workplace by teaching and rewarding your staff with a makeup lesson!

Includes:

Choose from 2 - 4 hours of interactive makeup application including how to prepare the face for makeup, applying foundation, contouring and highlighting, eye makeup application, cheeks & lips makeup application, then student pair up and play with the techniques learnt! Minimum two therapists, minimum 2 hours.

NB: Therapist has a Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment and has been delivering lectures to students in various subjects for over 12 years. Therapist has a Certificate IV in Makeup and a Certificate II in Beauty Services.

Corporate Hair & Makeup

Treat your staff and/or clients to a fabulous makeover! Hair styled in either curls, straightened or upstyle and makeup done! Multiple therapists used to ensure no-one misses out! What a great way to create harmony in the workplace, increase productivity & spoil your staff!

Corporate Party Examples

Corporations we deal with will often decide to provide our Corporate Pamper Parties for their staff as an Incentive Program which will ultimately increase productivity, retain staff & lower the costs of re-training, just because staff are more likely to be happy employees within the workplace. This can be done each month, each quarter or each year but are found to be most effective when offered on a regular basis!

To give you a general idea on the costs of having a staff pamper party at your workplace, check out the examples below. When you see how reasonable this cost is, then compare it with the costs of finding and interviewing new staff, outfitting then re-training that person, this cost is minor in comparison.

2b-fem provides 3 staff over a period of 3 hours to provide express nail treatments (hands and/or feet) to 36 of your staff (4 treatments per hour x 3 therapists x 3 hours). This includes massage, nails filed & buffed, applications of base coat, 2 x colour polish & top coat completed within a 15 minute period.
Cost breakdown: 3hrs x $95 per hour x 3 staff = $855
2b-fem provides 4 staff over a period of 3 hours to provide manicures (20 minutes), express facials (20 minutes) or 20 minute massage to 36 of your staff (3 treatments per hour per therapist).
Cost breakdown: 3hrs x $95 per hour x 4 staff = $1,140
2b-fem provides 4 staff over a period of 4 hours to provide 20 minute treatments to 48 staff members (manicures, facials, massage, etc)
Cost breakdown: 4hrs x $95 per hour x 4 staff = $1,520

These are examples only and can be adjusted and measured to suit the needs of your corporation. They can be as big or as small as you wish. We recently completed express nails & express toes for a large corporate function over a 2 hour period for 32 people. This required 8 staff members and the treatments were adjusted to be completed within a 10 minute period as desired by this Corporation. Whatever your desire, we can make it happen!

Pamper Party Etiquette

2b-fem recognises that not all pamper parties will go exactly according to plan and will endeavour to be flexible where possible. Your 2b-fem therapist will provide you with a timetable for treatments to be conducted at your pamper party. To ensure your day runs smoothly, please adhere to the times allocated for your treatments.

Cancellations for individual treatments require no less than 48 hours notice. Any cancellations made on the day or within 48 hours of the party must be paid in full.

Cancellations of pamper parties require 7 days notice. If cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours from the party date, ½ of the total payment must be made. Cancellation of pamper parties within 48 hours will require the entire amount to be paid.

For safety reasons, 2b-fem staff may decline to treat any person/s who may be suffering from any contraindication to any treatment. In these circumstances, an alternate treatment can be agreed upon by both parties. 2b-fem therapists may decline to treat any person/s who are rude or abusive towards staff. If this occurs, 2b-fem staff will leave your premises and full payment of the pamper party will be required.

2b-fem requires a 10% deposit at least 7 days prior to the date of the pamper party.

2b-fem therapists will ensure a professional and courteous party and will provide a quality service. We will endeavour to make your pamper party a huge success! Our pamper party etiquette as outlined above is in place to ensure this occurs.
